Lois I. Thompson
ST. JAMES — A service of remembrance for Lois Thompson, 95, of rural St. James, Minn., will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, July 15, at First Lutheran Church in St. James. Burial will be Mt. Hope Cemetery, rural St. James.
Thompson died Saturday evening, July 8, 2023, at Living Meadows in Madelia, Minn. Visitation will be prior to the service from 1-2 p.m. Saturday at the church in St. James. Arrangements are under the care of Kramer Family Funeral Home in Trimont, Sherburn and Welcome.
Lois Irene (Engelbrecht) Thompson was born Nov. 27, 1927, in Rosendale Township, Watonwan County, Minn., daughter of Frank and Elsie (Meyer) Engelbrecht.
Survivors include: her daughter, Joleen Frederickson of St. James; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
