CEYLON — Philip Roland Tietje, 62, of Ceylon, Minn., died Friday, June 16, 2023. A graveside service will be held 1 p.m. July 1, at St. Pauls Lutheran Church Cemetery, Wilbert, (bring a lawn chair if needed). Immediately following the service, a memorial gathering will be held until 5 p.m. in the shelter house at Sylvania Park in Fairmont. Light refreshments will be served.
