Harold ‘Buddy’ Romsdahl
BUTTERFIELD — A funeral service for Harold “Buddy” Romsdahl, 95, of rural Butterfield, Minn. will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, June 8, at St. Olaf Lutheran Church, 545 250th St. in rural Odin, Minn. Burial will be at Kansas Lake Cemetery, County Road 10, rural Butterfield, Minn., with full military honors by Donald V. Larson V.F.W. Post 9607 of Butterfield.
Romsdahl died Friday morning, June 2, 2023, at Good Samaritan Society-The Village in Mountain Lake, Minn. Visitation will be prior to the service from 9:30-11 a.m. Thursday at the church. A luncheon will follow the service at the Odin City Hall and Community Center, Odin, Minn. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Kramer Family Funeral Home in Trimont, Sherburn and Welcome.
Harold served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and was honorably discharged.
Survivors include: his brother, Kenneth; sisters-in-law, Marge Hanson and Jane Romsdahl; children, Brian, Kristin Haseman, Kathryn Lindquist and Randall; 10 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
