FAIRMONT -- A funeral service for Verna L. Lunz, 91, of Fairmont, Minn., will be held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 21, at First Congregational United Church of Christ in Fairmont, with interment in Lakeside Cemetery, Fairmont.
Lunz passed away Sunday morning, March 12, 2023, at United Hospital District in Blue Earth, Minn. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service Tuesday at the church. Lakeview Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Fairmont is assisting the family with arrangements.
Verna Lea (Holm) Lunz was born March 28, 1931, in St. James, Minn., the daughter of Walter and Veryl (Reese) Holm.
Survivors include: her son, Robert Lunz; daughter-in-law, Harriet Lunz; three grandchildren; one great-grandson; other relatives and friends.
