Barlow died Monday, March 6, 2023, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester, Minn. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Monday, March 13, in the River Park Chapel, and one hour prior to the service Tuesday at the funeral home. Macken Funeral Home in Rochester is in charge of arrangements.
