James Allen Rosburg was born Oct. 19, 1953, in Fairmont, Minn., to Elmer and Mavis (Johnson) Rosburg. He attended Fairmont Schools and graduated with the class of 1972.
Jim is survived by Carrie Finke; Gina, Dan, Allie and Hailey Hartman; three brothers and their wives, Jerry and Sherry, Jay and Rhonda, and Jeff and Cathy; two nieces, Megan and Margaret; two nephews, Jared and Jevin; and great-nephew, Jaylen.
