BLUE EARTH -- A memorial service for Frances May Wirth, age 90, of Blue Earth, will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 5, at Patton Funeral Home in Blue Earth. Burial will take place at a later date in Riverside Cemetery, Blue Earth.
Wirth passed peacefully in her sleep on Saturday, Dec. 31, 2022, at Parker Oaks Assisted Living in Winnebago, Minn. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service Thursday at the funeral home. Patton Funeral Home in Blue Earth is in charge of arrangements.
Frances was born Jan. 27, 1932, in Westfield, Iowa.
Survivors include: her sons, Matthew Wirth of Winnebago, Minn., and Brett Wirth of Blue Earth, Minn.; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one brother, Donald Lias of Jefferson City, S.D.; other relatives and friends.
