WELCOME -- A celebration of life service for Elmer Juhl, Jr., 79, of Welcome, Minn., will be held 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 19, at St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Welcome. Military honors by the Welcome American Legion Post 553 will be held at the church. Burial will be in the Welcome City Cemetery.
Juhl died Monday morning, Dec. 12, 2022, at Methodist Hospital in Rochester, Minn. Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 18, at St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Welcome, and one hour prior to the service Monday at the church. Kramer Family Funeral Home in Welcome is in charge of arrangements.
