BUTTERFIELD -- A celebration of life service for Lois E. Sands, 67, of rural Butterfield, Minn., will be held 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 2, at First Lutheran Church in St. James, Minn. Burial will be in Kansas Lake Cemetery, rural Butterfield.
Sands died Thursday evening, Nov. 17, 2022, at her home in rural Butterfield, Minn. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 1, at Kramer Family Funeral Home in Trimont, Minn., and one hour prior to the service Friday at the church in St. James. Kramer Family Funeral Home in Trimont is in charge of arrangements.
Lois Elaine Moody was born Dec. 1, 1954, in Triumph, Minn., to Aldie and Olga (Johnson) Moody.
Survivors include: her loving husband, Curtis Sands of rural Butterfield; three daughters, Jennifer Kathman of Rochester, Minn., Holly Peters of Rochester, Minn., Brittany Schwecke of Hutchinson, Minn.; four grandchildren; one great-grandson; sister, Ruth Tsu of Hood River, Ore.; brothers, David Moody of Stillwater, Minn., James Moody of rural Butterfield, and Norman Moody of St. James, Minn.; other relatives and friends.
