TRIMONT -- A celebration of life service for Elaine R. Johnson, 91, of Trimont, Minn., will be held 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 28, at Waverly Lutheran Church in rural Trimont. Burial will be in the Waverly Lutheran Church Cemetery.
Johnson died Saturday morning, Oct. 22, 2022, at Seasons Healthcare in Trimont, Minn. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27, at Kramer Family Funeral Home in Trimont, and one hour prior to the service Friday at the church. Kramer Family Funeral Home in Trimont is in charge of arrangements.
Elaine Rose Schultz was born Nov. 15, 1930, to Fredrick and Meta (Gottschling) Schultz on the family farm in Fox Lake Township, Martin County, Minn.
Survivors include: her son, Jerome Johnson of Eureka, Mont.; daughter, Janet Poppe of Trimont, Minn.; daughter-in-law, Linda Johnson of Leader, Minn.; 17 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and two on the way; brother, Daryl Schultz of Trimont; other relatives and friends.
