After high school she went to M i n n e s o t a W e s t C o m m u n i t y & T e c h n i c a l C o l l e g e and earned her C N A , before attending S t . C l o u d C o m m u n i t y C o l l e g e and getting her f o s t e r c a r e l i c e n s e . Leone was united in marriage to H a r o l d V a n d e r m o o n on J u n e 3 0 , 1 9 5 7, in W i n d o m , M inn. She l i v e d i n N o r t h r o p , M inn. for 3 3 y ear s t h e n m o v e d t o G o o d S h e p h e r d in S a u k R a p i d s , M inn. Leone was a member of S t .
