ST. JAMES -- DeeAnn Lee (Ask/Nelson) Peterson, 61, of St. James, Minn., passed away Saturday, July 2, 2022. A memorial service celebrating DeeAnn's life will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 13, at Augustana Lutheran Church in St. James, with visitation one hour prior to the service at the church. Kramer Family Funeral Home in Trimont is in charge of arrangements.
DeeAnn was born Sept. 4, 1960, in New Ulm, Minn., to Darrell and Leora Ask.
Survivors include: her children, Jared Nelson of Springfield, Minn., Danika Reiser of St. James, Derek Nelson of Lake Crystal; parents, Darrell and Leora Ask of Butterfield, Minn; five grandchildren; sister, Lorelei O'Connor of Midlothian, Va.; brother, Mitchell Ask of Plymouth, Minn.; her uncle, Alton Ask of Sparta, Wis.; other relatives and friends.
