FAIRMONT — Funeral services for Philip “Tip” E. Garrison, 81, of Fairmont, Minn., and Edinburg, Texas, are pending at the Lakeview Funeral Home in Fairmont.
Garrison passed away Friday evening, June 17, 2022, at Mayo Clinic Health System in Fairmont. Lakeview Funeral Home in Fairmont is assisting the family with arrangements.
