Swanson died Wednesday morning, May 25, 2022, at Goldfinch Estates in Fairmont, Minn. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service Saturday at the church in Alpha. Kramer Family Funeral Home in Trimont is in charge of arrangements.

Theresa LaVonne Ambrose was born Nov. 14, 1939, in Jackson, Minn., to Frank and Anna (Skalsky) Ambrose.

Survivors include: her husband, Eugene “Gene” Swanson of Alpha, Minn.; son, Mike Swanson of Mankato, Minn.; two grandsons; brothers, Frank Ambrose of Windom, Minn., and Tom Ambrose of McKinney, Texas; other relatives and friends.
