Karen R. Grunst

WINDOM– A time of remembering and celebrating the life of Karen R. Grunst, 84, of Windom, Minn., formerly of rural Jackson, Minn., will be held 5-7 p.m. Monday, June 6, at Kramer Family Funeral Home in Trimont, Minn.

Grunst died Tuesday evening, May 31, 2022, at the Good Samaritan Society-Sogge Memorial Home in Windom, Minn. Kramer Family Funeral Home in Trimont is in charge of arrangements.

Karen Ruth Von Ohlen was born Sept. 7, 1937, to Edward and Lillian (Johnson) Von Ohlen in Mountain Lake, Minn. She was a member of American Legion Auxiliary.

Survivors include: her husband, William “Bill” E. Grunst of Windom, Minn.; sons, Edward Grunst, Eric Grunst, Ethan Grunst, all of Windom; daughter, Rachel Grunst of Windom; other relatives and friends.
