Miller passed away Sunday afternoon, April 10, 2022, at her home in Welcome, surrounded by her family. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Thursday at Kramer Family Funeral Home in Welcome, and one hour prior to the service Friday at the church in Fairmont. Kramer Family Funeral Home in Welcome is in charge of arrangements.

Mildred Clara Steckling was born Nov. 2, 1925, on a farm in Silver Lake Township, Martin County, Minn., to Herman “Earl” A. and Minnie (Simon) Steckling.

Survivors include: her daughter, Becky Marten of Billings, Mont.; her son, Randy Miller of Fairmont; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
