Hines passed away Tuesday afternoon, April 5, 2022, at his home in Truman. Lakeview Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Fairmont is assisting the family with arrangements.

Theodore Albert Hines was born March 14, 1936, in Burrough, S.D., son of Theodore C. and Louise (Maurer) Hines.

Survivors include: his children, Kelly Hillmer of Fairmont, Minn., Kim Appel of Fairmont, Kayette Montcalm of Minneapolis, Minn., Kory Hines of Granada, Minn., and Kurt Hines of Truman, Minn.; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; siblings, Gary Winch, Anna Miller, Kenny Winch, and Darlene Wiederhoeft; other relatives and friends.
