Chantal was born Oct. 21, 1970, and soon after was adopted by James and Anita Trembley of Fairmont, Minn. She attended Martin County West High School where she was in track and other activities. Chantal married the love of her life, Timothy Plumhoff, on May 13, 1989, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Welcome, Minn. Together, they raised two children, Chelsea and Jameson. Chantal loved spending time with family and friends as well as looking at family photos. Left to cherish her memory include her husband, Timothy Plumhoff of Minneapolis; daughter Chelsea Plumhoff (special friend, Brandon Gilbert) and their child, Scarlet Rose of Sioux Falls, S.D.; son, Jameson Plumhoff of Minneapolis; her adopted mom, Anita Trembley of Fairmont; her stepmom, Kim; brothers, Shane Trembley and family, Jay Trembley and family, Chris Trembley and family; half-sister, Dee Dee Davis; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Barbara and Russell Plumhoff; brothers-in-law, James Plumhoff and family of Nazareth, Pa., Todd Plumhoff and family of Anchorage, Alaska, and Matthew Plumhoff and family of St. Cloud, Minn. She was preceded in death by her birth mother, Mary Davis; her adopted father, James Trembley; and many other relatives.
