Swanson passed away Tuesday afternoon, March 1, 2022, at her home in rural St. James. Visitation will be from 1-2:30 p.m. Saturday at Augustana Lutheran Church in St. James. Kramer Family Funeral Home in Trimont is in charge of arrangements.

Audrey Elaine Cunningham was born Sept. 26, 1939, in Madelia, Minn., to Clifford and Ezurina (Giese) Cunningham.

Survivors include: her sons, Leigh Swanson of rural St. James, Minn., and Andy Swanson of rural Ormsby, Minn.; daughter, Nancee Swanson of Boonville, Mo.; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sister, Jean Peterson of Belle Plaine, Minn.; brother, John Meier of Menomonee Falls, Wis.; other relatives and friends.
