Theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent — Darrel L. Jackson, 28, of Winnebago; Rodney L. Williams Jr., 32, of Blue Earth; each fined $185.

Dylan J. Smith, 21, of Blue Earth had a charge of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances continued for dismissal; fined $75, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, complete treatment and aftercare, no same or similar.

Eran M. Miller, 27, of Wells was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $360, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no DAC/DAR/DAS violations, no same or similar. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia; fined $210. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance, and marijuana in motor vehicle-less than 1.4 grams, were both dismissed.

Ashlee D. Haler, 32, of Minnesota Lake had a charge of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death continued for dismissal; fined $75, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no assault or disorderly conduct, remain law-abiding, no same or similar.

Benjamin D. Johnson, 27, of Minneapolis was convicted of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; fined $260, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no assault or disorderly conduct, no same or similar. Additional charge of fifth-degree assault was dismissed.

Blake H. Boyd, 43, of Wells received a stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree assault-fear of bodily harm or death; fined $260, sentenced to jail seven days, credit for time served seven days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete current chemical dependency treatment, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.
