Philipp passed away Sunday afternoon, Jan. 16, 2022, at Lakeview Methodist Health Care Center in Fairmont, Minn. Visitation will be from 10:30-11:30 a.m. today at the church. Kramer Family Funeral Home in Welcome is in charge of arrangements.

Mary Ann was born Dec. 15, 1937, in Monterey, Minn., to John and Elsie (Potratz) Steen.

Survivors include: her three children, Marlys Johnson of Lakeville, Minn., Larry Philipp of rural Welcome, Paul Philipp of Fairmont; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brother, Merville Steen of rural Sherburn; sister, Dorothy Kvestad of Faribault, Minn.; other relatives and friends.
