RAPID CITY — Joseph “Joe” Patrick Schissel, age 80, of Rapid City, S.D., passed away Sunday, Dec. 26, 2021. Per his wishes, no services will be held.
He was born March 10, 1941.
Survivors include: his wife Marti; three stepchildren; other relatives and friends.
