WINNEBAGO — Services are pending for Amarante R. Torres, Jr., 73, of Winnebago. Torres passed away Sunday, Oct. 24, 2021, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester, Minn. Lakeview Funeral Home in Fairmont is assisting the family with arrangements.
