Christensen died Friday, Jan. 1, 2021, at Goldfinch Estates in Fairmont. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service Wednesday at the church in Ceylon. Kramer Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Eileen Phyllis Knuth was born Sept. 3, 1916, in Martin County, Minn., to Frank and Martha Knuth. 

Survivors include: her son, Darrell Christensen of Omaha, Neb.; daughter, Nikki Dummer of Chanhassen; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
