She received her cosmetology license from Johnson’s Academy of Beauty Culture of Mankato in 1960. One of her first beauty salon hires was Ava Lea’s in Springfield. She then met Garry J. Sharon and Garry made their home in rural Springfield and were blessed with three daughters, eight grandsons, six great-grandchildren, and eight fur grand-dogs. Many remember Sharon as a sales clerk at Sward Kemp/Springfield Drug where she was employed for 25 years. She enjoyed the customers and coworkers were like family, it never felt like a job to her. She absolutely loved to be in her kitchen. Whether it was creating delicious meals, trying new recipes from cooking shows, or teaching her daughters canning skills for her legendary pickles. Warm weather brought Garry and Sharon out for rides on the Goldwing Trike with the doggie carrier at their side for Josie Jo and later Kami Jo. Sharon loved her Schnauzer fur babies. Sharon and Garry loved to go to dances. There was always old time or Elvis music heard in their home. She was a fan of MN sports teams. Nothing brought more joy than attending her grandsons sporting events and she was Granny to many. Forever in the hearts of her husband of 58 years, Garry J. Pascher; daughters, Kori Le (Peter) Lang of Springfield, Koni (Dale) Dilly of Fairmont, Keli Westermayer of Burnsville; grandsons, Andrew (Sara) Lang of Lake Crystal, Abbott (Rachel) Lang of New Ulm, Anthony Lang of Springfield, Ashton (Kelsey) Dilly of Maple Grove, Kolton (Tiffany) Dilly of New Ulm, Brock Westermayer of Elko, Carter Westermayer, and Logan Westermayer of Burnsville; six great-grandchildren; and eight fur grand-babies.
