Harris died Monday morning, Nov. 16, 2020, at Goldfinch Estates in Fairmont. Kramer Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

James William Harris was born Nov. 13, 1934, in Minneapolis, Minn., to Irvin and Mary (Cropper) Harris. He served in the U.S. Army from 1955-1957.

Survivors include: his wife of 65 years, Judith Harris of Fairmont; daughter, Jill Droegemuller of Fairmont; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
