RACINE, Wis. — Allen Dale Scheef, age 77, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2020, in Racine, Wis., from COVID-19. A private Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2020, at St. Rita Catholic Church.
