Barbara Ann (Wenzel) Mosloski was born on July 25, 1945 in Kingsley, IA to Wayne and Kathleen (Higginbotham) Wenzel. She attended Fairmont High School.

On September 1, 1962, Barbara was united in marriage to Donald Mosloski at Holy Family Catholic Church in East Chain, MN. Together the couple made their home on the family farm and were blessed with four children, Dave, Timothy, Tammy, and Jeff. Don and Barb lived on the farm until moving to Fairmont in 2013. Throughout Barb’s life, she worked at various jobs, including Hy-Vee in Fairmont where she worked in the deli department.

Barb could be found around a table doing jigsaw puzzles, canning different foods, and quilting. Don and Barb enjoyed going down south in the winter to Brownsville, TX for many years. Barb’s greatest enjoyment was being around her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Dave Mosloski of Fairmont, Timothy (Nancy) Mosloski of East Chain, Tammy (Dave) Bentz of Truman, and Jeff Mosloski of East Chain; grandchildren, Scott (Clare), Ashlyn (Donny), Tucker, Mya, Hunter, Dustin (Alanna), Ryan (Ashley), Kylee, Jayden, Mason, and Carter; great-grandchildren, Lucas, Avery, Wyatt, Qwynn, Autumn, Kaylyn and Cooper; brother, Jim (Laurie) Wenzel; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bernice Petersen, Alice Petersen, Lucille Pierce, Betty (Engel) Engelson, and Kenneth (Judy) Mosloski; as well as many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Mosloski; parents, Wayne and Kathleen Wenzel; parents-in-law, Thomas and Lena Mosloski; brother, Kenneth (Linda) Wenzel; brothers-in-law, Eugene Petersen, Floyd Petersen, Richard Mosloski, and Ralph Pierce.
