JACKSON — A visitation for James “Jim” T. Ring Jr., 70, of Jackson, formerly of Spirit Lake, Iowa, and Dunnell, will be 3-5 p.m. Friday at Kramer Family Funeral Home in Sherburn. Because of COVID-19 restrictions, the funeral home will limit the number of guests for the visitation at any given time. The public is also encouraged to practice social distancing guidelines throughout the visitation.

Ring died Sunday morning, July 19, 2020, at Colonial Manor in Lakefield.

Kramer Family Funeral Home in Sherburn is in charge of arrangements.

James Thomas Ring Jr. was born June 8, 1950, in Pipestone, son of James and Leona (Wittfoth) Ring.

Survivors include: his wife, Mandy Ring of Jackson; son, Matt Ring of Savage; daughter, Karla Ring of East Bethel; sister, Jan Ring of Woodbury; and brother, Rick Ring of Welcome.
