FAIRMONT — A memorial service for John “Jack” Randall, 79, of Fairmont, formerly of Winnebago and Amboy, will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Spencer-Owen Funeral Home in Winnebago. Burial will be held a later date in Basey Cemetery, Faribault County.

Randall died Thursday, Jan. 9, 2020, at Lakeview Healthcare Center in Fairmont. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service Tuesday at the funeral home.

Spencer-Owen Funeral Home in Winnebago is in charge of arrangements.
