FAIRMONT — A funeral service for Ellis E. Saxton, 91, of Fairmont will be 11 a.m. Friday at United Methodist Church in Fairmont. Following the service, military honors will be by the Lee C. Prentice American Legion Post 36 and Martin County Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1222 outside the church. Burial will be in Fairview Memorial Park Cemetery, Fairmont.

Saxton died Sunday afternoon, Dec. 1, 2019, at Lakeview Methodist Health Care Center in Fairmont. Visitation will be 9-11 a.m. Friday at the United Methodist Church in Fairmont.

Lakeview Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Fairmont is assisting the family with arrangements.
