JACKSON — Mass of Christian Burial for Lawrance “Doc” Bezdicek, 89, of rural Jackson will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Church of the Good Shepherd in Jackson. Burial will be in Good Shepherd Catholic Cemetery, Jackson, with military honors performed by the Jackson Veterans of Foreign Wars Post and Jackson American Legion Post.

Bezdicek died Friday evening, Oct. 25, 2019, at the Minnesota Veterans Home in Luverne. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service Saturday at Church of the Good Shepherd in Jackson, with a holy rosary at 9 a.m.

Kramer Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Lawrance Stephen Bezdicek was born Aug. 5, 1930, in Jackson to Vincent Harry and Anna Rose (Dvorak) Bezdicek. He served in the U.S. Army as a medic and ambulance driver, and was honorably discharged.
