BANCROFT — A funeral Mass for Ermina Vaske, 98, of Bancroft, Iowa, will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. John’s Catholic Church in Bancroft.

Vaske died Tuesday, May 9, 2017, at her home surrounded by her family. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Monday at Oakcrest Funeral Services in Bancroft, with an Altar Society rosary beginning at 4 p.m. Oakcrest Funeral Services of Bancroft is in charge of arrangements.

Ermina Rosalia Vaske was born June 4, 1918, in St. Benedict, Iowa, the daughter of Bernard and Mary (Seimer) Recker.

Survivors include: her children, Judy O’Donnell of Lone Rock, Diane Bollinger of Carroll, Janice Doyle of Swea City, Janet Mescher of Fort Dodge, Tom Vaske of Webster City, Chuck Vaske of Bancroft, Dave Vaske of Urbandale, Darlene Kollasch of Bancroft; 20 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and three sisters-in-law.
