Joanne (Fahrny Teuchert) Lloyd
CINCINNATI, Ohio – Joanne Lloyd, 83, formerly of Welcome, Minn., passed away Friday, Oct. 7, 2016, in Cincinnati, Ohio, following a brief illness. Private memorial services will be held at the family’s convenience.
Joanne was born in Pittsburgh, Pa. She married and raised four children and a foster son in Welcome.
Joanne worked as a custodian for Welcome School for many years and, in 1985, moved to St. Paul, Minn., where she ran a daycare until her retirement in 1998.
After retirement, Joanne lived with her son Joseph for eight years in southeast Indiana. Joanne made many trips back to Minnesota to stay for extended periods of time with her daughter and son-in-law, Renae and Brian Swanson. Besides her family, Joanne’s greatest passion was helping and teaching children to be the best they could be. Joanne touched many lives here on Earth and will be greatly missed.
Those left with loving memories are her children, Debra Teuchert (Steven Peterson) of St. Paul, Minn., Renae (Brian) Swanson of Roseville, Minn., Rebecca Teuchert of Cincinnati, Ohio, Joseph (Olga) Teuchert of Moores Hill, Ind.; foster son, Anthony Scheff of Fairmont, Minn.; grandchildren, Kurt (Jessica), Karl (Ellen), Nicholas, Erica, Victoria, Joseph; great-grandchildren, Jared, Tyson, and Essence.
