7:08 a.m. — A suspicious circumstance was reported in the 400 block of Winnebago Avenue. The call was cleared.

10:32 a.m. — A harassment complaint was reported in the 1500 block of Southgate Drive.

4:39 p.m. — A civil complaint was reported in the 30 block of Downtown Plaza. The call was cleared.

4:44 p.m. — A driving complaint was reported in the 200 block of West 4th Street.

5:51 p.m. — Police investigated a trespassing complaint in the 1900 block of Albion Avenue.

10:02 p.m. — A civil complaint was reported in the 60 block of East Ken Rue Lane. The civil issue was resolved.

10:20 p.m. — Theft (includes attempt) from a motor vehicle was reported in the 1400 block of Larsen Lane.
