1:25 p.m. — An animal complaint/bite was reported in the 2100 block of North State Street.

1:40 p.m. — A disturbance/disorderly conduct/nuisance was reported in the 100 block of West 1st Street.

5:56 p.m. — A civil complaint was reported in the 400 block of North Grant Street. The civil issue was resolved.

9:16 p.m. — An animal complaint/bite was reported at Winnebago Avenue and N. North Avenue.

9:17 p.m. — Police investigated a harassment complaint in the 900 block of South State Street.
