9:51 a.m. — An animal complaint/bit was investigated in the 800 block of East Blue Earth Avenue. A verbal warning was issued.

10:08 a.m. — Police rendered assistance to the ambulance on Downtown Plaza.

12:39 p.m. — Police investigated a civil report in the 300 block of East 3rd Street. The matter was cleared.

12:55 p.m. — A motor vehicle accident-no injury was reported from the 1200 block of Goemann Road.

3:55 p.m. — Police received a complaint of disturb/disorderly/nuisance near Hampton Street and Webster Street.

4:34 p.m. — Police responded to a motor vehicle disabled/abandoned near 1st Street and US Bank. Assistance was rendered.

5:01 p.m. — A suspicious circumstance was reported in the 600 block of Shoreacres Drive. Police were not able to locate.

5:55 p.m. — An animal complaint/bite was investigated in the 700 block of East 7th Street. The animal was transported.

6:06 p.m. — Police investigated a civil complaint in the 500 block of Home Street. There were found to be no violations.

8:09 p.m. — Police investigated a disturb/disorderly/nuisance in the 600 block of North Prairie Avenue. The disturbance was gone on arrival.

9:29 p.m. — A civil complaint was responded to by police in the 100 block of Scotts Court. The complaint was resolved.
