Friday, Sept. 15

1:15 a.m. — A disturbance/disorderly conduct/nuisance was reported in the 100 block of North Park Street. A verbal warning was issued.

1:15 p.m. — Police investigated a driving complaint in the 2400 block of Albion Avenue.

4:01 p.m. — Police investigated a trespassing complaint in the 1200 block of Victoria Street.

4:31 p.m. — A disturbance/disorderly conduct/nuisance was reported in the 1300 block of Johnson Street. The civil issue was resolved.

7:16 p.m. — Police investigated a driving complaint at Blue Earth Avenue and Prairie Avenue. Unable to locate the driving issue in question.

Saturday, Sept. 16

10:29 a.m. — Police rendered assistance to the ambulance in the 400 block of East Blue Earth Avenue.

11:01 a.m. to 3:44 p.m. — (7) ordinance violations were reported throughout Fairmont. Written and verbal warnings were issued.

1:13 p.m. — An animal complaint/bite was reported in the 800 block of North Park Street. A verbal warning was issued.

1:30 p.m. — An animal complaint/bite was reported at 6th Street and North Hampton Street. A verbal warning was issued.

1:54 p.m. — An animal complaint/bite was reported in the 700 block of North Prairie Avenue.

5:13 p.m. — An animal complaint/bite was reported in the 200 block of West Lair Road. A verbal warning was issued.

5:48 p.m. — Police investigated a civil complaint in the 200 block of Lake Avenue.

8:16 p.m. — Police investigated a domestic complaint in the 1300 block of N. North Avenue. The civil issue was resolved.

8:38 p.m. — Police rendered assistance to the ambulance in the 400 block of Interlaken Road.

9:58 p.m. — Police investigated a driving complaint at Albion Avenue and State Street. The call was cleared.

10:16 p.m. — Police investigated a civil complaint in the 6 block of Downtown Plaza. The call was cleared.

11:04 p.m. — A disturbance/disorderly conduct/nuisance was reported in the 6 block of Downtown Plaza. The civil issue was resolved.

1:36 p.m. — Theft (includes attempt) was reported in the 200 block of East Blue Earth Avenue.

5:36 p.m. — A suspicious circumstance was reported in the 2100 block of 200th Avenue, Truman.

8:29 p.m. — A disabled/abandoned motor vehicle was reported in the 1800 block of 260th Avenue, Granada.

11:58 p.m. — A noise complaint (not music) was reported in the 200 block of North Central Avenue, Truman. The noise issue was quieted.

3:08 a.m. — A noise complaint (not music) was reported in the 100 block of West 3rd Street North, Truman. The noise issue was quieted.

7:56 a.m. — A vehicle off road was reported at 140th Street and 196th Avenue, Fairmont.

2:22 p.m. — A deputy investigated a civil complaint in the 200 block of 115th Avenue, Ceylon. The civil issue was resolved.

8:01 p.m. — A deputy rendered assistance to the fire department at 112 West I-90, Blue Earth.

4:31 p.m. — An ordinance violation was reported in the 200 block of South Lake Street, Sherburn. A written warning was issued.

6:18 p.m. — Police investigated a civil complaint at 8 Elm Tree Trailer Court, Welcome.

7:18 p.m. — An animal complaint/bite was reported in the 600 block of South Lake Street, Sherburn. Unable to locate the animal in question.

8:18 p.m. — An animal complaint/bite was reported in the 200 block of South Manyaska Street, Sherburn. A verbal warning was issued.

2:18 p.m. — An ordinance violation was reported in the 100 block of West 1st Street, Sherburn. POlice cleared the call.
