4:00 p.m. — Police investigated a shoplifting complaint in the 1200 block of Goemann Road. A written report was issued.

4:19 p.m. — Police investigated a domestic complaint in the 1200 block of Victoria Street. An adult was arrested.

6:19 p.m. — An animal complaint/bite was reported in the 800 block of East 2nd Street.

6:29 p.m. — Police investigated a driving complaint at State Street and 10th Street.

8:46 p.m. — Police rendered assistance to the ambulance in the 400 block of East 4th Street.

8:57 p.m. — An animal complaint/bite was reported in the 800 block of North Park Street. A verbal warning was issued.

9:48 p.m. — An animal complaint/bite was reported in the 100 block of West 9th Street. Police quieted the animal issue.

10:05 p.m. — Police investigated a driving complaint in the 2200 block of North State Street. The call was cleared.
