1:27 a.m. — A disturbance/disorderly conduct/nuisance was reported in the 100 block of Cedarwood Street. Police quieted the noise issue.

8:53 a.m. to 9:17 a.m. — (4) ordinance violations were reported throughout the City of Fairmont. Written warnings were issued for all.

10:08 a.m. — A suspicious person was reported in the 800 block of Burton Lane.

10:20 a.m. — A disturbance/disorderly conduct/nuisance was reported at Albion Avenue and Cedarwood Street.

3:26 p.m. — Police investigated a driving complaint at South Highway and Johnson Street. Unable to locate.

4:39 p.m. — An animal complaint/bite was reported in the 60 block of Downtown Plaza.

4:56 p.m. — Theft (includes attempt) was reported in the 1200 block of Goemann Road. A written report was issued.

7:51 p.m. — Police investigated an assault complaint in the 1000 block of Hengen Street. Assistance was rendered.
