11:02 a.m. — Police investigated a complaint of trespassing in the 100 block of North Park Street. A non-traffic citation was issued.

1:04 p.m. — Police rendered assistance to the fire department in the 1400 block of N. North Avenue.

1:11 p.m. — Police investigated a narcotics complaint in the 200 block of Downtown Plaza. Assistance was rendered.

1:52 p.m. — Police investigated a civil complaint in the 1100 block of North State Street.

2:06 p.m. — Police investigated a harassment complaint in the 400 block of Victoria Street. A written report was issued.

3:46 p.m. — An animal complaint/bite was reported in the 1300 block of North State Street. Police cleared the call.

4:55 p.m. — Police rendered assistance to the ambulance in the 100 block of Albion Avenue.

5:41 p.m. — Police rendered assistance to the ambulance in the 200 block of East Blue Earth Avenue.

11:02 p.m. — A suspicious circumstance was reported in the 1300 block of North State Street.

11:57 p.m. — A suspicious vehicle was reported at East 4th Street and North Park Street.
