12:50 a.m. — A suspicious circumstance was reported in the 1300 block of East Blue Earth Avenue. Police cleared the call.

2:22 a.m. — Police investigated a trespassing complaint in the 900 block of South State Street. A verbal warning was issued.

4:07 a.m. — Theft (includes attempt) was reported in the 200 block of South State Street. A verbal warning was issued.

7:23 a.m. — Police rendered assistance to the ambulance in the 1300 block of Tilden Street.

8:20 a.m. to 5:10 p.m. — 22 parking complaints/violations were reported around the downtown area of Fairmont. Parking citations were issued for all.

9:27-11:34 a.m. — 4 ordinance violations were reported in the north end of Fairmont. Written warnings were issued for all.

4:11 p.m. — Police investigated a fraud complaint in the 900 block of North Elm Street.

6:16 p.m. — A disturbance/disorderly conduct/nuisance was reported in the 1200 block of Torgerson Drive. The civil issue was resolved.

9:06 p.m. — Police investigated a driving complaint at State Street and Blue Earth Avenue.
