9:13 a.m. to 1:24 p.m. — 14 parking complaints/violations were reported in the downtown area of Fairmont. Parking citations were issued for all.

9:36 a.m. — An animal complaint/bite was reported in the 600 block of East 6th Street. The animal in question was transported.

11:55 a.m. — Police investigated a civil complaint in the 300 block of Willow Street. The civil issue was resolved.

1:11 p.m. — Theft (includes attempt) was reported in the 1200 block of North State Street.

2:06 p.m. — Police investigated a fraud complaint in the 400 block of West Amber Lake Drive.

4:52 p.m. — A suspicious person was reported in the 700 block of Victoria Street.

6:47 p.m. — A suspicious circumstance was reported in the 400 block of Winnebago Avenue.

9:13 p.m. — Police investigated a harassment complaint in the 1300 block of Johnson Street.

4:36 p.m. — A deputy investigated a driving complaint in the 2000 block of 190th Street, Truman. A verbal warning was issued.

8:10 p.m. — Theft (includes attempt) was reported in the 2300 block of N. North Avenue, Fairmont. A written report was issued.

10:21 p.m. — A suspicious circumstance was reported in the 200 block of North Cross Street, Ceylon. Unable to locate the issue.

12:31 a.m. — A loud music disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Kruse Street, Welcome. Police cleared the call.
