11:03 a.m. — An ordinance violation was reported in the 1300 block of North Park Street. A written warning was issued.

11:26 a.m. — Theft (includes attempt) was reported in the 400 block of Downtown Plaza.

12:20 p.m. — A disturbance/disorderly conduct/nuisance was reported in the 300 block of East 3rd Street. An adult was arrested.

4:19 p.m. — An animal complaint/bite was reported in the 600 block of Embassy Road.

9:15 p.m. — Police investigated a narcotics complaint at 4 Downtown Plaza. Assistance was rendered.
