5:46 p.m. — Police investigated a narcotics complaint at 4 Downtown Plaza.

6:05 p.m. — An animal complaint/bite was reported in the 1100 block of Chestnut Street.

6:29 p.m. — An animal complaint/bite was reported in the 400 block of South Bridgeman Street, Northrop. A verbal warning was issued.
