4:24 p.m. — Police investigated a civil complaint in the 200 block of Cedarwood Street. Assistance was rendered.

6:51 p.m. — Police investigated a harassment complaint in the 300 block of South State Street.

9:24 p.m. — Police investigated a narcotics complaint at Winnebago Avenue and North Prairie Avenue. A verbal warning was issued.

1:53 p.m. — An animal complaint/bite was reported in the 1400 block of Woodland Avenue, Fairmont. Assistance was rendered.

2:50 p.m. to 4:04 p.m. — (7) vehicle off road incidents were reported on Highway 15, Fairmont, Imogene Corner (115th Street and 260th Avenue) and 109 West I-90, Fairmont. (1) traffic citation was issued and assistance was rendered to all other incidents.
