10:26 a.m. — An ordinance violation was observed in the 600 block of Cardinal Street. Cleared.

2:48 p.m. — Harassment was reported in the 200 block of South Hampton Street.

4:13 p.m. — Police assisted the Ambulance in the 400 block of Willow Street.

5:24 p.m. — A noise complaint (not music) was investigated in the 500 block of South Prairie Avenue. Unfounded.

6:34-7:22 p.m. — Several animal complaints were reported throughout the city.

6:46 p.m. — A civil matter was investigated in the 400 block of South Prairie Avenue. The matter was resolved.

8:49 p.m. — Police investigated narcotics at Winnebago Avenue and Dewey Street. A traffic citation was issued.

9:30 p.m. — A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 200 block of West Lair Road.

6:14 a.m. — Police assisted the ambulance in the 700 block of 200th Avenue, Fairmont.

7:50a.m. — A suspicious vehicle was investigated in the 800 block of 40th Street, Ceylon. A written report was made.

1:45 p.m. — An animal complaint/bite was was investigated at 99 East I90, Fairmont. Assistance was rendered.

2:21 p.m. — A suspicious circumstance was reported in the 300 block of South Center Street, Ceylon. Unfounded.

6:39 p.m. — An animal compliant/bite was investigated in the 1500 block of Highway 4. Assistance was rendered.
