12:19 p.m. — Police investigated an illegal dumping/garbage at 1st Street and Grant Street.

1:08 p.m. — Police investigated a civil complaint in the 40 block of Downtown Plaza. The complaint was resolved.

1:53 p.m. — An ordinance violation was investigated at 1st Street and Grant Street. a verbal warning was issued.

5:05 p.m. — Police investigated a report of criminal damage to property at 6th Street and Prairie Avenue. Not able to locate.

5:10 p.m. — Police investigated a domestic complaint in the 700 block of East 6th Street.

6:10 p.m. — A suspicious person was reported in the 100 block of Walnut Street.

8:00 p.m. — A report of motor vehicle theft was investigated in the 1200 block of Goemann Road. Referred to other case.
