10:38 a.m. — A animal complaint/bite was investigated in the 2200 block of North State Street.

11:19 a.m. — A nuisance was reported in the 700 block of East 6th Street. A written warning was issued.

11:51 a.m. — Police investigated a report of suspicious circumstance in the 200 block of South Park Street.

12:04 p.m. — A nuisance was reported investigated in the 300 block Downtown Plaza. The report was cleared.

2:37 p.m. — Police rendered assistance to the ambulance in the 700 block of East 2nd Street.

8:00 p.m. — Police investigated a report of a weapon at 2nd Street and Grant Street. An arrest was made.

8:13 p.m. A complaint of intoxication-not driving was investigated at Park Street and Tilden Street. Person was not able to be located.

9:07 p.m. — Police investigated a report of intoxication-not driving in the 300 block of Blue Earth Avenue. The person was transported.

11:43 p.m. — A noise complaint (not music) was reported at Lincoln Park. The reported was unfounded.
