8:33 a.m. — A theft (including attempt) complaint was investigated in the 100 block of Downtown Plaza.

8:35 a.m. to 9:40 a.m. — Five ordinance violation complaints were investigated throughout the city. A written warning was issued each time.

9:53 a.m. — Police investigated a civil complaint at 35 Downtown Plaza. Police cleared the call.

12:42 P.M. — Police investigated a theft (including attempt) complaint in the 100 block of East 5th Street. The complaint was resolved.

2:20 p.m. — Police investigated a civil complaint in the 600 block of Burton Lane. Police resolved the complaint.

2:53 p.m. — A fraud complaint was investigated in the 700 block of East 1st Street.

4:10 p.m. — An animal complaint/bite was reported in the 800 block of East 1st Street. Police were unable to located the animal.

7:32 p.m. — An animal complaint/bite was reported in the 300 block of South Dewey Street.

9:32 p.m. — Police investigated a suspicious person complaint at 45 Downtown Plaza.

1:56 p.m. — A disturbance/disorderly conduct/nuisance complaint was made in the 300 block of West Main Street, Ceylon.

5:38 p.m. — Police investigated a civil complaint in the 400 block of 180th Avenue, Fairmont. The complaint was cleared.

9:43 p.m. — A suspicious circumstance was reported in the 100 block/Highway 15, Fairmont. Police were unable to located.

1:08 p.m. — A ordinance violation was reported in the 300 blocke of Chesnut Street East.

9:10 p.m. — Police assisted the ambulance in the 10 block of Chestnut Street East.
